Elisa Rojas, new Post-Doc Researcher

Elisa Rojas has become a member of our research team. She will occupy the position of Post-Doc Researcher from June 2014. Her main areas of scientific interest currently lie in routing, bridging, Ethernet, data centers and Software Defined Networking.

Prior to her incorporation, Elisa worked for Telefonica I+D (Research and Development) for 3 years. In 2010 she joined the Telematics Engineering area of the University of Alcalá, where her research mostly focused on high performance and scalable Ethernet networks, with particular attention paid to data center networks. She is author of several publications on these subjects, some of them about the protocols ARP-Path and Torii-HLMAC.

Elisa obtained her B.Sc. degree in Telecommunications Engineering from University of Alcalá (UAH). She then went on to receive her M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Communication and Information Technologies Engineering from the same university (2011 and 2013, respectively).
