Annual Workshop video highlights

As every year, IMDEA Networks’ Annual International Workshop, celebrated on 5-6th June, was a space for discussion about new paths towards making future networks a true commodity for the needs of society.
The 10th edition of this event brought together members of the Institute’s research team, its Scientific Council and its Alumni Network, who travelled to Madrid to share their recent experiences and contribute with fresh ideas to the topics under discussion.
Our group and lab leaders shared their recent results in distributed computing systems and social networks, wireless and mobile networks, networked systems and economics. Two very productive brainstorms were held about programmable networks and extremely high mobility, where some of IMDEA Networks’ Alumni took an active role adding a special color to the event.
