Biography

I’m a Telecommunications Engineer merging Networks with Big Data and Data Science. I’m interested in understanding how populations interact with smartphones, from which applications they prefer to use at times of the day or which parts of the city they consume more data. With this knowledge, I hope to help both network operators in understanding their users to better drive improvements on their infrastructure, and to help researchers in areas outside of networking in having key insights about populations.

I’m currently doing a secondment with Ranplan Wireless and the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, UK. I’ve previously done a secondment at SENSE/Orange Labs in Paris, France. I’m a part of the BANYAN Project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.
