This grant is funded by the Program for Talent Attraction of the Regional Government of Madrid 2020 call, in its modality for young doctors.
This is the grant of reference for attracting research talent at the regional level, being considered analogous to the Ramón y Cajal and Juan de la Cierva grants at the national level. In addition, the contracted researchers must have undertaken an important part of their most recent career abroad. All this demonstrates its degree of excellence and recognition, as well as its potential for internationalization.
The grant funds the hiring of young doctors for a period of four years and it also grants additional funding so that they can carry out short training stays in other R&D centers, attend international conferences and congresses, carry out training activities, as well as other activities aimed at improving their postdoctoral training.
This grant has been funded by the call “Atracción de Talento 2020, Modalidad 2” of the Regional Government of Madrid, under reference 2020-T2/TIC-20710.
