IMDEA Networks’ Pervasive Wireless System Group headed by Prof. Domenico Giustiniano invites applications for PhD positions in the area of 6G location and sensing-based analytics. As a member of the team, the researcher will be involved in cutting edge system research, will participate in international projects, and will experimentally verify proposed ideas and concepts. The candidate will work in a research project studying the key scientific and technological enablers of future cellular network for location and sensing-based analytics.

The selected student will be supervised by Dr Domenico Giustiniano, Leader of IMDEA’s Pervasive Wireless Systems Group.

The position requires:

• Degree / Master in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Excellent understanding of the fundamentals of wireless communications systems.
• Coding skills using Matlab, C/C++, Python.
• High level of English (English will be the working language)
