In-house Presentation

In this work, we present a data analytics methodology to characterise and forecast the latency on public clouds for any possible matching of user location, public cloud location and access layer connection in a wireless mobile network. This Information is useful for wireless service providers who wish to deliver access to cloud services over their networks.
