IMDEA Networks Institute, one of the IMDEA institutes promoted by the Madrid regional government to conduct research of scientific excellence, is looking for a Project Administrator, with the following profile:

Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration or related field

Skills Required

The candidate must have training and work experience in the management of science and technology projects detailed below:

• Transfer and commercialization of research results
• Management of research projects at National and European level
• Elaboration of proposals for funding of projects for the Spanish National Plan and for European Projects
• Technological evaluation
• Legal knowledge regarding science and technology funding
• Innovation management
• High level of English
• IT skills: Advance level of Microsoft Office suite, Google Drive, and WordPress

Languages

• High level of English

Tasks and responsibilities

The responsibilities will be related to project management, acting as contact point between the funding institutions and IMDEA Networks Institute.

The candidate will also cooperate in the management of other programs, including the following responsibilities:

• Program support
• Management of scientific results
• Active search for external funding
• Search for project or program partner
• Liaison with the entities, organisms or companies that are interested in the project
• Financial and administrative management
• Assistance to the Program Management Committee
• Acting as contact point between MADRI+D and the Dirección General de Investigación e Innovación
• Cooperation with other R & D programs
