IMDEA Networks is an internationally renowned research institute dedicated to advancing the science of networks. Located in Leganés, Madrid, the institute focuses on cutting-edge areas such as 5G/6G networks, IoT, machine learning, Big Data analytics, and network security.

We are seeking Project Administrators to join our Research Groups. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing administrative, financial, and technical aspects of research projects, ensuring compliance with funding agency requirements, and supporting the research teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and archive project documentation. Maintain version control of documents.
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and project-related events.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and invoicing. Assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Manage purchase orders, supplier payments, and fund requests.
  • Update schedules and task lists (Gantt charts, Excel, etc.).
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and meets regulatory requirements. Upload and organize documents on collaborative platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between different teams or departments. Send emails, reminders, and meeting invitations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal or external procedures.
  • Coordinate the purchase of materials or required services. Track deliveries, inventory, and equipment.
