IMDEA Networks’ NETCOM Lab Group invites applications for a research engineer position.
The selected candidate will work on international projects on 6G large scale networking experimentation frameworks. The goal of this position is to conduct research activities on (i) design and deployment of digital twins for experimentation on network management (ii) running experiments accordingly to a full life cycle scientific method (iii) definition of compact data structures and streaming data algorithms for AI-based network management (iv) application of the results on cyber security scenarios in 6G networks. The candidate will have the excellent opportunity to be integrated in a international team working in a large scale experimental framework, receive specific training on advanced skills on networking research curriculum and prospect to publish at top-tier venues in networking.
