I am currently a second-year PhD student at IMDEA Networks, where I am fortunate to be advised by Dr. Lucianna Kiffer.
Broadly speaking, my research interests lie at the intersection of Economics, Computation, and Society; a space full of fascinating open questions. More specifically, I focus on:
Security in Blockchain: MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) and economic attacks on Decentralized Finance protocols. How adversarial incentives shape the security and fairness of on-chain systems.
Social Computing: Understanding how people interact at scale and extracting meaningful insights from text and social interactions. I’m interested in the computational and economic lens through which we can study collective behavior.
Mechanism Design: Peer Prediction, Information Elicitation, and other subfields concerned with designing systems that incentivize honest and socially desirable behavior.
Collaboration & Mentorship
If you are looking for a Bachelor or Master’s thesis advisor, I am always happy to explore potential collaborations! I also enjoy providing guidance to those looking to break into the blockchain space.
