IMDEA Networks’ Pervasive Wireless System Group headed by Prof. Domenico Giustiniano invites applications for a postdoc position in the area of low power LiFi for IoT. As a member of the team, the researcher will be involved in cutting edge research, will participate in international projects with academic and industrial partners, and will perform experimental work with close interaction with PhD students and international collaborators.

Skills Required

The candidate should have a subset of the following skills:

  • Excellent analytical, technical and problem solving skills
  • Very good organization and communication skills
  • Experience in visible light communication/LiFi
  • Experience in building systems and experimental work in the area of wireless systems

Requirements

  • Very good publication record in top academic conferences and journals
  • PhD in computer science, telecommunication engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory

Contract Duration & Type

  • 24 months, renewable based on performance
  • Full-time contract. Includes social and health benefits
