Opportunistic Architectures Lab

The candidate will work in the OppArch Lab, led by Dr. Vincenzo MANCUSO and in collaboration with the Networks Data Science (NDS) group, led by Dr. Marco FIORE. Members of the OppArch Lab focus on solutions for extremely high-performing RAN/edge cellular and opportunistic architectures for providing wireless communication and computing services. The NDS group carries out research at the interface of mobile networking and data science, by applying and tailoring tools from artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistical analysis and data mining to the network metadata.

List of Tasks and Responsibilities

The candidate will perform experimental research and develop cutting edge methods, based on machine learning and network intelligence architectures, for the analysis of cellular systems and associated services, and for data-driven analysis of communications protocols.
