{"id":8921,"date":"2017-12-11T13:06:02","date_gmt":"2017-12-11T13:06:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/networks.imdea.org\/la-tecnologia-5g-aplicada-a-los-agvs-de-asti-mobile-robotics\/"},"modified":"2020-12-11T18:17:52","modified_gmt":"2020-12-11T17:17:52","slug":"la-tecnologia-5g-aplicada-a-los-agvs-de-asti-mobile-robotics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/networks.imdea.org\/es\/la-tecnologia-5g-aplicada-a-los-agvs-de-asti-mobile-robotics\/","title":{"rendered":"La tecnolog\u00eda 5G aplicada a los AGVs de ASTI Mobile Robotics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La ingenier\u00eda burgalesa y 5TONIC trabajan en un proyecto para centralizar las decisiones de los veh\u00edculos de guiado autom\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.asti.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ASTI<\/a> y el laboratorio <strong>de<\/strong><strong> <strong>innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/strong> <strong>5G<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.5tonic.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">5TONIC<\/a> est\u00e1n probando la aplicabilidad de las tecnolog\u00edas 5G en los <strong>AGVs (Veh\u00edculos de Guiado Autom\u00e1tico)<\/strong> de ASTI Mobile Robotics. Es uno de los proyectos en los que trabaja el equipo de I+D+i de la ingenier\u00eda burgalesa, dedicada a la rob\u00f3tica m\u00f3vil, en colaboraci\u00f3n con 5TONIC. El proyecto aspira a almacenar los datos que generan las m\u00e1quinas en la \u2018nube de la red m\u00f3vil\u2019, es decir, en un servidor que permita \u201cconsultar la informaci\u00f3n sobre la producci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento de la maquinaria, con predicci\u00f3n de fallos antes de que se produzcan, evitando paradas, as\u00ed como mejorar el control tiempo real de los AGVs\u201d, explic\u00f3 el responsable de Desarrollo de I+D+i de ASTI, Enrique Sierra.<\/p>\n<p>El uso de 5G puede permitir la centralizaci\u00f3n de los algoritmos de guiado que ahora son implementados\u00a0en cada AGV, logrando m\u00e1s inteligencia y el soporte a nuevos mecanismos de coordinaci\u00f3n que puedan optimizar los procesos de fabricaci\u00f3n y que no son viables con las actuales soluciones para AGVs. \u201cEl proceso comienza por el desacoplo del control de los veh\u00edculos, poniendo su inteligencia en el servidor y que sea \u00e9ste el que ejecute el software que hasta ahora va embarcado en los veh\u00edculos. Si esto funciona, se posibilita el control coordinado de los veh\u00edculos, ya que se va a recibir mucha informaci\u00f3n de los AGVs\u201d, anot\u00f3 Sierra. En principio, se va a partir el control en capas y se estudiar\u00e1 cada una de ellas.<\/p>\n<p>Para soportar los requerimientos de las comunicaciones asociados con el funcionamiento de AGVs, la red 5G debe proporcionar determinadas prestaciones en t\u00e9rminos de fiabilidad, latencia y rendimiento, que no son factibles con las soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas actuales, como LTE.<\/p>\n<p>Las pruebas se realizar\u00e1n en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.networks.imdea.org\/es\/\">IMDEA Networks Institute<\/a> (Legan\u00e9s, Madrid), miembro fundador de 5TONIC y sede principal del mismo, en un circuito con 4 o 5 veh\u00edculos, que preparar\u00e1 un equipo de ASTI, y los algoritmos de control y gesti\u00f3n de los AGVs se ejecutar\u00e1n en un servidor de alta capacidad proporcionado por 5TONIC. Los AGVs estar\u00e1n funcionando de forma continua y se monitorizar\u00e1n para su validaci\u00f3n. Posteriormente, se intentar\u00e1 instalar la demo en alguna f\u00e1brica de automoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.asti.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><em>ASTI Mobile Robotics<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: right; height: 52px; margin: 10px; width: 130px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.networks.imdea.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/asti_mobile_robotics_logo_web.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ubicada en Burgos, y de capital privado 100% espa\u00f1ol, ASTI Mobile Robotics es una ingenier\u00eda de rob\u00f3tica m\u00f3vil, dedicada al estudio, dise\u00f1o, fabricaci\u00f3n, puesta en marcha y mantenimiento de soluciones de intralog\u00edstica automatizada. ASTI Mobile Robotics est\u00e1 especializada en soluciones de transporte interno, es decir, del movimiento de materiales y productos dentro de las empresas, mediante veh\u00edculos de guiado automatizado, llamados AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles). La ingenier\u00eda cuenta con la gama m\u00e1s extensa del mercado y es experta en procesos y conectividad industrial. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>ASTI Mobile Robotics forma parte del holding ASTI Technologies Group, un conjunto de empresas formado por la ingenier\u00eda de rob\u00f3tica m\u00f3vil, por ASTI Technologies Distribution y por ASTI Consulting Services, adem\u00e1s de participaciones en otras compa\u00f1\u00edas tecnol\u00f3gicas y la Fundaci\u00f3n ASTI.
