{"id":8883,"date":"2017-09-28T07:46:11","date_gmt":"2017-09-28T07:46:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/networks.imdea.org\/5tonic-prueba-con-exito-la-tecnologia-otfs-de-cohere-technologies\/"},"modified":"2020-10-21T13:13:07","modified_gmt":"2020-10-21T11:13:07","slug":"5tonic-prueba-con-exito-la-tecnologia-otfs-de-cohere-technologies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/networks.imdea.org\/es\/5tonic-prueba-con-exito-la-tecnologia-otfs-de-cohere-technologies\/","title":{"rendered":"5TONIC prueba con \u00e9xito la tecnolog\u00eda OTFS de Cohere Technologies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Los socios de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.5tonic.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>5TONIC<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; <strong>Telef&oacute;nica<\/strong>, <strong>IMDEA Networks<\/strong>, <strong>Universidad Carlos III de Madrid<\/strong> y <strong>Cohere Technologies<\/strong> &#8211; han realizado con &eacute;xito distintas pruebas para evaluar la forma de onda OTFS de Cohere Technologies, una nueva tecnolog&iacute;a de modulaci&oacute;n que se ha propuesto para la interfaz de radio <strong>5G<\/strong> en el marco del <strong>3GPP<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><strong>OFTS<sup>TM<\/sup>, <em>Orthogonal Time Frequency and Space<\/em><\/strong>, por sus siglas en ingl&eacute;s, esto es, tiempo, frecuencia y espacio ortogonales, es una <strong>nueva tecnolog&iacute;a de modulaci&oacute;n inal&aacute;mbrica<\/strong> desarrollada por Cohere Technologies. OFTS<sup>TM<\/sup> utiliza una representaci&oacute;n bidimensional del canal inal&aacute;mbrico, haciendo que toda transmisi&oacute;n inal&aacute;mbrica, sean cuales sean las condiciones en las que se produzca, sea resistente a las variaciones del canal debidas al multitrayecto o al desplazamiento Doppler.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Las <strong>pruebas<\/strong> llevadas a cabo por 5TONIC se orientaron fundamentalmente a evaluar la idoneidad del equipo de <strong>radio<\/strong> que implementan OTFS para proporcionar servicios de <strong>acceso inal&aacute;mbrico fijo<\/strong>, un posible caso de uso 5G que Telef&oacute;nica y otros operadores est&aacute;n explorando activamente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Con este prop&oacute;sito, 5TONIC realiz&oacute; ensayos durante cuatro d&iacute;as en los que se establecieron varios enlaces, con diferentes longitudes y condiciones de propagaci&oacute;n, a varios lugares, incluyendo las instalaciones de IMDEA Networks, la Universidad Carlos III, su Campus de Legan&eacute;s y la sede de Telef&oacute;nica en Distrito Telef&oacute;nica, que se seleccionaron como representativos de diferentes condiciones operativas.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.networks.imdea.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/5TONIC_tests_cohere_technologies_otfs_2.jpg\" style=\"float:right; height:246px; margin:10px; width:260px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"rtejustify\">Adicionalmente, se realizaron mediciones en interiores para evaluar la capacidad de OTFS para hacer frente a las condiciones de <strong>propagaci&oacute;n multitrayecto<\/strong>. Las pruebas realizadas tambi&eacute;n demostraron que OTFS cumple con la regulaci&oacute;n existente respecto a posibles interferencias sobre los usuarios del espectro adyacente.
