Los m&eacute;todos actuales de monitorizaci&oacute;n de peces incluyen el despliegue de barcos de investigaci&oacute;n con tripulaciones dentro de &aacute;reas limitadas. SYMBIOSIS est&aacute; dise&ntilde;ado para cubrir un &aacute;rea mucho mayor sin la necesidad de una tripulaci&oacute;n humana -el gasto principal durante la evaluaci&oacute;n de las poblaciones marinas- y tambi&eacute;n pretende mejorar las capacidades actuales de detecci&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p>Para los investigadores, liderados en IMDEA Networks por el Dr. Paolo Casari, el sistema SYMBIOSIS es simplemente un prototipo, un punto de partida. Partiendo del mismo, esperan ampliar las capacidades de las tecnolog&iacute;as aut&oacute;nomas de monitorizaci&oacute;n subacu&aacute;tica de m&uacute;ltiples maneras, incluida una mayor reducci&oacute;n del consumo energ&eacute;tico; la miniaturizaci&oacute;n del sistemay la modificaci&oacute;n de la plataforma de amarre a bordo de diferentes buques para promover un uso m&aacute;s m&oacute;vil del sistema.<\/p>\n<p>Un art&iacute;culo publicado por <strong><em>Environmental Monitor<\/em><\/strong> aporta realiza un an&aacute;lisis en profundidad de SYMBIOSIS.
