Se encuentra entre los ocho equipos finalistas que recibir\u00e1n $ 3,000 en cr\u00e9ditos de AWS para servicios de computaci\u00f3n y nube, cortes\u00eda de AWS, un socio de apoyo del Desaf\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto es un esfuerzo de colaboraci\u00f3n por parte de varias universidades y centros de investigaci\u00f3n, con datos sobre COVID-19 recogidos a trav\u00e9s de encuestas an\u00f3nimas y abiertas. Los resultados presentan estimaciones de la incidencia y evoluci\u00f3n de la COVID-19 (y de las personas vacunadas, o de aquellas que no desean serlo), obtenidas de estos datos con el <strong>uso del M\u00e9todo Network Scale-up<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xprize.org\/challenge\/pandemicresponse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">XPRIZE<\/a>, l\u00edder mundial en el dise\u00f1o y operaci\u00f3n de concursos de incentivos para solucionar los grandes desaf\u00edos de la humanidad ha anunciado el 9 de marzo, junto a Cognizant, una de las principales empresas de tecnolog\u00eda y servicios profesionales del mundo, los ganadores del reto.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo de <strong>VALENCIA IA4COVID19<\/strong> (Valencia, Espa\u00f1a), coordinado por la Dra. Nuria Oliver, Comisaria de Presidencia de la Generalitat Valenciana, y J. Alberto Conejero, Director del Departamento de Matem\u00e1tica Aplicada de la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia, ha sido el ganador de esta convocatoria internacional. En segundo lugar, ha quedado <strong>JSI vs COVID<\/strong> (Ljubljana, Eslovenia), coordinado por Mitja Lustrek, directora del Grupo de Inteligencia Ambiental del Instituto Jozef Stefan. Estos equipos de alto rendimiento fueron seleccionados entre 48 finalistas en 17 pa\u00edses. Ambos equipos compartir\u00e1n equitativamente el premio total de $ 500,000, sin embargo, los jueces han optado por distinguir al equipo VALENCIA IA4COVID19 con el primer puesto debido a sus presentaciones ejemplares.
