Smart product innovation is having a huge impact in today’s world.  Smart products, broadly construed, find themselves in the homes of consumers, in commercial settings, and in smart cities.  This seminar will cover key EU and US legal considerations for cybersecurity and privacy in relation to smart products and the digital marketing that takes place with such products. About Dr. Raj Sachdev

Dr. Raj Sachdev, MSc (Oxford), LLM, MBA, DBA, is an assistant professor at PSU, eCornell course facilitator at Cornell University, interdisciplinary researcher, lawyer (California), solicitor (England & Wales), consultant, and speaker.  A graduate of Oxford University, he is a former visiting researcher at UC Berkeley and adjunct instructor at Stanford CSP and Oxford University.  He is most interested in the intersection of law, marketing, and cybersecurity/privacy.
